This WhatsApp Business Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how
Justauto Solutions Private Limited ("JustAuto", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information obtained through our WhatsApp Business messaging channel.

This Policy should be read together with our

User Data Deletion Instructions, and, where applicable, our general website privacy practices described in
Terms & Conditions / Privacy sections.
By messaging us on WhatsApp, clicking a Click-to-WhatsApp advertisement, or otherwise providing your phone number for WhatsApp contact, you acknowledge this Policy.
2. Scope
This Policy applies only to personal data processed by JustAuto in connection with WhatsApp Business messaging, including:
- Messages you send to our official WhatsApp Business number(s)
- Leads originating from Meta Click-to-WhatsApp ads, Google Ads and other Google advertising services, other social media platform campaigns, and similar channels
- Customer care replies within the WhatsApp messaging window
- Meta-approved WhatsApp template messages sent by us
- Data stored in our internal business panel / CRM for enquiry management
This Policy does not govern Meta's or WhatsApp's own processing of data as platform providers. Please also review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's applicable policies.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you contact us, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
3.1 Identity and Contact Data
- WhatsApp profile name / display name
- Mobile phone number (WhatsApp ID)
- Name and other details you voluntarily share in chat (e.g., full name, city, email, course interest)
3.2 Communication Data
- Message content, media, documents, and voice notes you send us
- Timestamps, conversation status, and delivery/read acknowledgements available through WhatsApp Business tools
- Our replies, template messages, and internal notes related to your enquiry
3.3 Lead / Advertising Source Data
- Campaign or ad identifiers associated with Click-to-WhatsApp ads, Google Ads, and other social media campaigns (where available)
- Referral context indicating that the conversation started from an advertisement, website, or other channel
3.4 Technical / Operational Data
- Records created in our internal panel when an enquiry is logged (name, number, enquiry type, follow-up status)
- Opt-out / preference status for marketing messages
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data (such as passwords, OTP codes meant for other services, biometrics, or government ID numbers) over WhatsApp unless strictly necessary for a verified transaction and lawfully required. Please do not share unnecessary sensitive information in chat.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect information when:
- You send a message to our WhatsApp Business account
- You click a Click-to-WhatsApp ad on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), a Google or other social media advertisement, and start a chat or enquiry
- You share your number through our website, forms, calls, or other channels and request WhatsApp follow-up
- Our authorised staff or systems log your enquiry into our internal panel for response and tracking
- WhatsApp Business / API tooling provides conversation metadata necessary to operate messaging
5. Purpose of Processing
We use your information for the following legitimate business purposes:
- Enquiry handling: to identify you, understand your request, and respond appropriately
- Customer support: to provide course, product, franchise, and service-related assistance
- Lead management: to store name and phone number in our panel, assign follow-ups, and track conversation status
- Service messaging: to reply within the WhatsApp customer care window (typically 24 hours from your last inbound message, as per Meta rules)
- Template messaging: to send Meta-approved WhatsApp templates for updates, reminders, confirmations, and, where permitted, relevant offers
- Quality and compliance: to maintain records, prevent abuse, train staff, and demonstrate policy compliance
- Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Legal Basis / Consent
Depending on the context and applicable Indian law, we process WhatsApp-related personal data on one or more of the following bases:
- Consent: when you initiate a WhatsApp conversation, request contact, or agree to receive communications
- Contractual / pre-contractual necessity: to respond to enquiries about courses, products, or services you requested
- Legitimate interests: for customer relationship management, fraud prevention, and service improvement, balanced against your rights

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or "OPT OUT", or by emailing
justautoindia@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Message Templates and the 24-Hour Window
When you message us, Meta/WhatsApp generally opens a customer care window during which we may send free-form replies related to your conversation. Outside that window, proactive outreach is typically limited to Meta-approved message templates.
Template and service messages may include your name or other details you previously shared, solely to personalise legitimate business communication. Marketing templates are sent only in accordance with WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies and applicable consent requirements.
8. How We Store and Secure Data
Enquiry details such as your name, phone number, and conversation notes may be stored in our internal business panel / CRM and related business systems accessed by authorised personnel.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls and staff handling guidelines. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. WhatsApp end-to-end encryption applies to message content in transit as provided by WhatsApp; our business systems that store extracted lead details are protected under our internal controls.
9. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share WhatsApp-related personal data only as necessary with:
- Authorised employees and support staff who handle enquiries and follow-ups
- Technology / WhatsApp Business solution providers (BSP, CRM, or messaging panel providers) that process data on our behalf to enable WhatsApp Business API operations
- Meta Platforms / WhatsApp as the underlying messaging platform
- Professional advisers or authorities where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security
Service providers are expected to process data only for authorised purposes and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not rent or sell WhatsApp lead data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.
10. Data Retention
We retain WhatsApp conversation and lead records for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Complete the enquiry and related follow-up
- Maintain customer relationship and service history
- Meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and compliance requirements
- Enforce opt-out preferences so we do not re-contact you for marketing after you unsubscribe
When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete or anonymise data in accordance with our internal practices, subject to technical and legal constraints.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

12. Children's Privacy
Our training and business services are intended for individuals who can lawfully enter into arrangements, generally 18 years of age or above. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children through WhatsApp for marketing purposes. If you believe a minor has shared personal data with us inappropriately, please contact us so we can take suitable action.
13. International / Cross-Border Processing
WhatsApp / Meta and certain messaging infrastructure providers may process data on servers located outside India. By using WhatsApp to contact us, you understand that such platform-level processing may occur according to Meta/WhatsApp policies. JustAuto processes lead records primarily for operations in India.
14. Third-Party Links and Platforms
WhatsApp chats may contain links to our website or third-party resources. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. This Policy covers only JustAuto's processing of WhatsApp Business communication data.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in law, Meta/WhatsApp requirements, or our business practices. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our WhatsApp channel after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
