1. Overview

Justauto Solutions Private Limited ("JustAuto", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to request deletion of personal data associated with our Meta, Facebook, Instagram Lead Ads, Click-to-WhatsApp advertisements, Google Ads and other Google advertising services, other social media platform campaigns (including but not limited to YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and similar channels), and WhatsApp Business messaging services.

This page explains how you can request permanent deletion of chat, contact, campaign, and related records held by JustAuto. You can request deletion through our website deletion portal, by WhatsApp message, or by email.

2. Recommended Method: Online Deletion Portal

The fastest way to request deletion is through our dedicated data deletion portal:

Step-by-step process:
  • Step 1: Open the deletion portal link above in your browser.
  • Step 2: Enter the mobile number you used on WhatsApp to contact JustAuto (10-digit Indian number, or with country code).
  • Step 3: Review the confirmation prompt explaining that chats, messages, and campaign contacts linked to that number will be erased from our panel.
  • Step 4: Confirm deletion. Upon confirmation, conversations, messages, and campaign/contact records linked to that number will be permanently removed from our systems, subject to the limited legal retention exceptions described below.

This action cannot be undone. Only data linked to the mobile number you enter will be removed.

3. Alternative Methods

If you prefer not to use the online portal, you may submit a deletion request by either of the following methods:

3.1 WhatsApp
Reply "DELETE MY FULL DETAILS" (or "DELETE MY DATA") to any message from our official WhatsApp Business number, using the same mobile number whose data you want deleted.

3.2 Email
Send an email to justautoindia@gmail.com with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request", and include:
  • Your full name
  • The mobile number used on WhatsApp (with country code)
  • The email address or Meta/Facebook account identifier associated with your interaction, where applicable
  • A brief description of how you contacted us (WhatsApp, Lead Ad, website, etc.)
  • A clear statement requesting deletion of your personal data

4. Identity Verification

To protect users from unauthorised deletion requests, we may ask you to verify control of the relevant mobile number, email address, or account. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment card details, or unnecessary identity documents. Verification information will be used only to process and document your request.

5. What We Will Delete

Subject to successful verification and applicable law, we will delete or anonymise personal information held in our systems that is linked to your request, which may include:
  • Your name, mobile number, and contact details stored in our enquiry panel or CRM
  • WhatsApp chats, messages, conversation notes, and follow-up records controlled by JustAuto
  • Campaign contact records and Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google, and other social media lead information received and stored by JustAuto
  • Marketing preferences and related profile information, except minimum suppression records needed to honour your opt-out

6. Processing Time and Confirmation

Requests submitted through the online deletion portal are processed according to that system's confirmation flow. For email or WhatsApp requests, we will acknowledge a valid request and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably required due to the complexity of the request or legal requirements, we will notify you. After completion, we will provide confirmation where a verified contact method is available.

7. Data We May Be Required to Retain

Certain records may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory obligations. Data present only in secure backups may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires and will not be used for active business purposes.

8. Meta / Facebook / Instagram Data

When you submit a lead through Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads, Google Ads or Google lead forms, or other social media advertising platforms, or interact with Meta, Google, or similar platforms, those platforms are separate data controllers for data held on their systems. To delete data held by Meta, please use Meta's own tools, including Facebook Settings > Privacy and Meta's Data Deletion Request tools. To delete data held by Google or other social platforms, please use the privacy and data-deletion tools provided by those platforms. This page covers only data controlled by JustAuto.
